Best of times: “The people. I love to meet different people.”
Worst of times: “The people. Sometimes you get angry people, but if you just give them a few minutes of your time to listen to them, and not do other things while they’re talking to you, they calm down. They just want to know that somebody’s listening to them.”
If her job were done by a superhero, it’d be: “Wonder Woman. She can do anything. And she can do it fast.”
