County Board of Supervisor Chairman David Slutzky announced yesterday on the Coy Barefoot radio show "Charlottesville…Right Now" that he will not run against Republican Delegate Rob Bell.
On the show, Slutzky said that it would be difficult running against a four-term incumbent of the 58th District.
Slutzky is up of re-election in November as a representative of the Rio District in the county.
