With all the city precincts reporting, it seems that Charlottesville voters have returned Dave Norris to City Council and elected newcomer Kristin Szakos, also a Democrat, to city government. Bob Fenwick, who lead a campaign focused on McIntire Park land-use issues, came closest to the Democrats in the Walker precinct that borders the park, taking in 601 votes to Szakos’ 635 adfn Norris’ 861.
