Dear Evan Hansen at Belmont Arts Collaborative through 9/19

Dear Evan Hansen follows a high school senior with social anxiety and depression who falls into a complicated coverup after a simple mistake leads to tragedy. Fabricated friendships, fraught family dynamics, and young love all factor into this celebrated contemporary musical, produced by Venture State Company in coordination with DMR Adventures. The play contains mature themes—including mental health challenges and self-harm—in a plot exploring isolation, honesty, and community impact. $25–40, times vary.
