Setback to where you once belonged

So, anyone else being totally cheap about turning on the heat? We have vowed, with a certain amount of false bravado, that we won’t fire ours up until Thanksgiving. (Check in with me on Election Day and see how that’s going.)

Cav Daily: Students should fill Satellite Ballroom void

It’s been five months since Satellite Ballroom closed, yet the Facebook group, “Coran Capshaw, Save Satellite Ballroom!” still has 1,000 members, says Cavalier Daily columnist Isaac Wood, which just shows how urgently Charlottesville needs a mid-sized music venue. Wood’s solution: Get the University Programs Council (UPC) involved.
