Joe: The Rise of Cobra (PG-13, 118 minutes) Director Stephen Sommers of the Mummy movies tackles this summer’s second Hasbro-toy-based action film, this one about the benevolent paramilitary “Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity” and its sinister serpentine enemies. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (PG, 153 minutes) Apparently there is series of books about a schoolboy who is also a young wizard. A Perfect Getaway (R, 98 minutes) Newlyweds Milla Jovovich and Steve Zahn go for a hike in an amazing tropical paradise—where newlyweds apparently tend to get horrifically murdered.
