Small Bites: Restaurant News

Delivery, made easy
There’s no dearth of delivery options ’round these parts, but one creative brain has posed the question: What if there were more? C8RCAB, a new web-based service from Buffalo Wild Wings Manager Frank Becker, will offer to-your-door food from restaurants currently without a delivery option. The business is still working on enlisting businesses —only BW3 is listed on the website—but promises others to come “in the near future.” Visit c8rcab.com for more information.

Chang watch
“Pretty much everything’s done,” says Gen Lee of Peter Chang’s China Grill. The close personal friend of the elusive celebrity chef, who also owns Li’l Dino Subs, informs us that the restaurant should be open sometime this month. The restaurant is currently working on staffing.

Sushi update
In December we reported that Toshi Sato, former chef at Tokyo Rose and current Japanese wedding coordinator at Keswick Hall, planned to open a sushi restaurant behind Monsoon. Sato tells us the Japanese take-out spot will be named Now and Zen. He hopes to be serving by March.

Vintage Valentine
If you’re sweet on a romantic getaway for two, Orange’s Inn at Willow Grove has an enticing offer: Chef Jason Daniels of the inn’s restaurant, Vintage, will serve a four-course Valentine’s Day meal for $75 per person (plus the cost of a tank of gas). Choose from venison tournedos, rice-crusted duck breast and chocolate sin cake, to name a few of the offerings. Visit theinnatwillowgrove.com for more information.
