The closing of the much-beloved Pie Chest in March left a triangle-sized hole in all of our hearts, but we’ve noticed a not-so-new kid in town taking its place: Timberlake’s, the century-old drug store on the Downtown Mall, will forever take the cake—er, pie—for its pecan, its chocolate coconut, and its Kentucky Derby.
