Watch him lapse into episodes of anxious and fantastical thinking as his personal life dissolves. Watch school children set fire to their educational institution. Watch animated hammers goose-step through London. Is the narrative cohesive? Not really. But the music holds up. You’ll probably want to enjoy this with an herbal refreshment of some sort.
