Two multi-talented artists come together as Hall & Jones for an evening of soulful sounds built around a pairing of voice and piano. Richmond-based jazz musician William “Chan” Hall began honing skills in piano and percussion from an early age, eventually sharing the stage with genre greats such as Ramsey Lewis and Herbie Hancock. Leslie Scott-Jones is no stranger to Charlottesville, having served as the artistic director of the Charlottesville Players Guild—an all-Black theater company—from 2016 to 2024, and currently holding down hosting duties for WTJU’s “The Black Beat.” Free, 8pm.
