Charlottesville police are investigating a robbery at the Wachovia Bank on 10th and High streets near Martha Jefferson Hospital.
The Newsplex reports that there are no injuries and that police are searching for the suspect, described as a white male in his 20s or 30s, 6-feet tall. He was wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and a black and red stocking cap.
Police also say that the suspect handed a note to the bank teller and took off with an undisclosed amount of cash and ran in the direction of East Jefferson Street.
