Nine firms qualify for Western Bypass design/build project
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) announced that nine firms have provided responsive Submittals of Qualifications in the first step of the agency’s Request for Proposals for the Route 29/Charlottesville Bypass project. VDOT is seeking proposals to build the new road using its Design-Build project development process.
