What’s the newest frontier in bodily perfection? It’s all about speed, baby. New procedures offer better boobs and noses in little more time than it takes to pick up a latte.
Injection rhinoplasty (the fancy word for a nose job) involves injecting an hyaluronic acid-based filler into the nasal cavity to fill out depressions and then shape by hand. The procedure takes 15-30 minutes and lasts six months.
Still, unless your first home is in Manhattan, it’ll take you a little longer than a lunch break to alter your look, since the process isn’t available locally. (It has its detractors, too: Local head and neck surgeon Dr. Stephen Park called injection rhinoplasty “a hoax.”) However, New York surgeons offer injection rhinoplasty as standard practice for $1,000-$1,250.

An even further frontier:
Celution. This patented, hour-long process involves minor liposuction, after which stem cells from fat are reintroduced into the breasts. The stimulated cells enlarge breasts up to two sizes over a period of six months. If that sounds appealing, you’ll have to file it under “check back in a couple years”: The company that makes the Celution system is still arranging distribution, and the local surgeons we asked are unfamiliar with it as yet.
