Well, it seems as if journalist business at Chef Peter Chang’s Taste of China restaurant has doubled in the last few weeks. Hot on the heels of Calvin Trillin’s piece in The New Yorker about Chang, in which Trillin writes about customers who pursue the chef from new restaurant to new restaurant, the latest issue of Oxford American delivers "The Perfect Chef: I Pursued, He Ran."
