Worst of times: Not being able to help everybody. “Sometimes when people can’t get to where they need to go they can get a little upset about it.”
Strangest moment on the job: Finding people who are lost. “We have mothers lose their children, or missing elderly people, but we’re always able to find them as long as they’re on our busses.”
If she were a superhero, she’d be: Wonder Woman. “She always gets the job done, and she reminds me of myself, because I’m always here to help people and Wonder Woman, that was her job too.”
