Style sense: “Serendipitous” is the word Elinda uses to describe her sense of style. She buys whatever she likes at the time, as long as it’s a bargain. Her top is from Chico’s, her peep-toe shoes are from JCPenney. Her necklace (which she says is the nicest thing she has on) is from Scottsdale, Arizona. For a touch of elegance to her all-black outfit (which she feels is the most flattering color), she also wears drop pearl earrings.

Style sense: Brenda refuses to be a frumpy stay-at-home mom, she says. Consequently, she picks out things that make her look good but are also comfortable, as she’s constantly running around after her child. Her top is from a boutique in Charlotte, North Carolina (where she recently moved from), her chocolate brown capri pants are from the Gap (where she gets all of her staples), her sandals and glasses are from Ann Taylor, and her bag is Coach.
