Albemarle County Police released the identity of the victim of a single vehicle crash that occurred on Sunday around 4:45pm.
According to the investigation, Colin B. Davidson, 29, from New Hampshire, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The Newsplex reports that Davidson, who was driving a pick-up truck on Route 20, hit a tree and rolled into an embankment.
According to many reports, Davidson was an eventer.
