However, there is other reading material that hasn’t been released. From the news section to today’s editorial page, the Washington Post reminds readers that several media outlets have challenged the Charlottesville General District Court’s decision to seal search affidavits and returns, as well as justification for the seal. "It is unclear whether this was done at the behest of the prosecutor or Mr. Huguely’s defense lawyer or whether a judge took it upon himself to shut off public access," reads the editorial.
