The Mike London Era Begins today at UVA
The University of Virginia has found their man. Richmond’s head coach is taking the short trip down 64 West to Charlottesville and will set-up shop in the McCue Center. London will be announced at a special press conference at the John Paul Jones arena at 1 pm today. London was 24-4 at Richmond, and two seasons ago won the FCS National Championship.
This is the third stint for London on Virginia’s staff, the first helping Groh to run the defense, as well as holding the title of recruiting coordinator. London is a players coach, but is a disciplinarian as well, and was a former police officer in Richmond. Go Hoos!
What do you think Virginia fans? Hokie fans are you cowering in your boots? Is this a "big name" hire?
