Michelle Obama is coming to Charlottesville.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that the wife of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama will be in town Wednesday afternoon to participate in a voter registration rally after hosting a women’s economic roundtable in Richmond earlier in the day.
The location and time for the rally have not yet been released. The Obama campaign says she will be joined by Lilly Ledbetter, an Alabama woman, who has filed suit against a former employer for what she says is unequal pay. Her case brought her to the Supreme Court.
Michelle Obama will attend a Women for Obama voter registration rally in Charlottesville. She hosted a roundtable discussion with military spouses in Norfolk in August.
