Live Arts sent a message to the community yesterday announcing it’s intention to fill the position vacated by Satch Huizenga in December: the Downtown playhouse’s Artistic Director. According to the note, signed by board chair Lotta Lofgren, here’s what the gig entails:
- Responsible for all aspects of theater production. With input from relevant constituents selects the season of plays and other forms of performance. Manages all producers of performances. Occasionally produces and directs performances. Manages the technical director, volunteer coordinator, assistant technical director, and all other part-time, contract, and volunteer production personnel…
