Introducing the first in a series of more-frequent Feedback Sessions is Left and Right, one of the most exciting and hard-hitting new bands to hit the local scene this year. When not sneaking in killer sets at The Box and Twisted Branch Tea Bazaar, the four-piece is recording a debut full-length, with contributions from masterminds Phil Dameron and Daniel Merchant, which is sure to be the best thing to come out of UVA’s UTS bus system—where all the band’s members have worked—since, well, free rides from campus to the Barracks Road Shopping Center.
