Did Kindle earn a passing grade among Darden School of Business students?

At the beginning of the current academic year, UVA’s Darden School of Business provided 62 students with Amazon’s Kindle DX as part of a pilot program for the digital reading device. At the semester’s end, Ars Technica checked in with Director of MBA Programs Michael Koenig to see whether Kindle earned a passing grade among Darden students.

While survey results suggest that students enjoyed in just fine for paging through Melville, Kindle didn’t fare so well for business purposes. "When asked to fill out a midterm survey on whether they would recommend the Kindle DX to incoming MBA students, 75 to 80 percent answered ‘no,’" reports Ars Technica. Maybe they’re waiting for an iPad pilot program?
