Due to a reporting error, the story “Hundreds flood Richmond to oppose new coal plant,” said that “According to [Tom] Cormons, the SCC’s decision on the plant isn’t expected for at least two weeks.” The SCC evidentiary hearing begins on February 5 and may last several days. A decision on the power plant isn’t expected until after that hearing.
