Charlottesville, Albemarle voter turnout as of 4pm

Latest voter turnout numbers for this afternoon: At 4pm, 40,005 people, or 59.4 percent of county residents cast their ballots. Combined with absentee voters, about 70 percent of registersted voters have come out.

In the city, 14,708 people, or 51.3 percent of residents, voted by 4pm. With 3,947 absentee ballots, the City of Charlottesville has had 65 percent total turnout.

Clark – 1,557 votes cast – 49.52% of precinct
Carver – 1.173 votes cast – 50.28% of precinct
Walker – 1,798 votes cast – 59.14% of precinct
Tonsler – 1,297 votes cast – 50.25% of precinct
JPA – 2,363 votes cast – 52.04% of precinct
Venable – 2,720 votes cast – 48.33% of precinct
Alumni Hall – 1,370 votes cast – 48.86% of precinct
