As one whose lack of religious fervor long ago reached the chronic stage, I often find myself pondering an unlikely question. “When, oh Lord, when?” I am not asking for any particular personal favor from one capable of granting it but, rather, expressing simple wonderment. How do you see Charlottesville im-proving as a city in the next four years? Is it something that you think much about? I think about it all the time. That’s my job. Charlottesville has a lot going for it, but there are many things that we can improve. One thing that would really help is if everybody would go out and vote for Dave Norris and Julian Taliaferro on May 2.
