MSNBC is projecting Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will win the key state of Pennsylvania (21 electoral college votes), along with Delaware (3), New Jersey (15), District of Columbia (3), his home state of Illinois (21), Maine (4), Massachusetts (12), New Hampshire (4), Connecticut (7) and Maryland (10).
Republican candidate John McCain is the projected winner of Oklahoma (7), Tennessee (11) and South Carolina (8), Alabama (9) and Georgia (15).
Virginia and Florida continue to be too close to call.
